Ancient Temple of Jelapang???

The Waterfall Ruins of Jelapang, Ipoh
Perak

This strange looking man-made feature in Jelapang, Perak, which appears to be a waterfall and a popular picnic spot , is believed to be another ancient temple, ruined and forgotten; overcome by the forces of nature over centuries!

Our Country is dotted with many similar ruins waiting to be excavated and studied.Unfortunately they lay ignored and forgotten and no priority is given for research and conservation of such sites.

நல்லதொரு முயற்சி, வாழ்த்துகள்..

செலாப்பாங்கில் இந்த அருவி எங்கு உள்ளது எனக் கூற முடியுமா?

Thanks for your support Satish Kumar.
This photo was taken during a family picnic back in 1993 and the last time I enquired about this place I was told that the ancient ruins have been lost to development but I have not verified this info yet. Will get back to you as soon as i get updates regarding the exact location and whether it is still there.

This structure has been demolished and the entire landscape has been transformed to a modern township.
